Return Policy

A customer can return purchased goods within 7 days of purchase. For this they will contact our I.T. Support on phone number +254 705 900900. Once agreed with the support person we will advise customer on how to get the item returned.

Return will only be accepted if item is in good condition as it was delivered. There should be no physical damage and any signs of opening the product in terms of screws/bindings, damage due to electrical overload etc. The original packing will need to be returned otherwise goods will not be accepted for return.

Return of flash disks and bubble packed items will not be possible. If warranty has been offered and they are found to be not working due to some factory fault we will provide necessary support to repair or replace the item as per the situation.

The cost of sending the item back to our offices will be on the customer.

Once our support department has received the item and examined it they will arrange with accounts to pay the customer back. It will be in the form of cash, mpesa or bank cheque. The customer may also opt to buy an alternate item by utilizing the refund value.
