Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI‐ACP)®
Project Management Institute’s Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a globally recognized certification. It validates the candidate’s knowledge of Agile Principles and frameworks. It further helps the candidates demonstrate their skills in implementing Agile techniques across real-time projects and their efficiency in being a part of the Agile Team.
The course covers a range of topics, starting with an introduction to agile and project management, and progresses through the selection of appropriate life cycles, creating and delivering in an agile environment, and understanding organizational considerations. It dives deep into various Agile approaches and methods, and the domains and tasks associated with agile project management.
By earning the PMI-ACP certification, practitioners can demonstrate to employers their level of professionalism in Agile principles, practices, tools, and techniques, and increase their professional versatility in
project management tools and techniques.
Participants will also learn about Agile tools and techniques, as well as gain knowledge and skills in areas such as
Agile analysis and design, Estimation, and risk management. This PMI agile training course is ideal for professionals seeking to enhance their skills and ensure their projects are managed effectively in a dynamic and adaptive environment.
Anyone working in Project Management using Agile or organisations willing to Adopt Agile Project Management are eligible to obtain PMI-ACP certification. As part of the PMI ACP Requirements, it includes all working professionals across job roles, such as Project Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and even Software Development Team members.
Prerequisites
- A bachelor’s degree or a High School Diploma
- 21 contact hours of Agile training
- Either 12 months of hands-on experience in Project Management
