Courses Overview
The Palo Alto Networks: Firewall Troubleshooting (EDU-330) course is a three-day, instructor-led training that focuses on teaching participants how to troubleshoot Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls (version 11.0).
Through this course, you will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting firewall configuration and operational issues. By the end of the training, participants will have a deeper understanding of how to troubleshoot visibility and control over applications, users, and content.
- Use firewall troubleshooting tools, including the Command Line Interface (CLI), to identify and resolve networking issues
- Apply systematic troubleshooting methods tailored to individual firewall features
- Analyze detailed logs to resolve real-world network and security problems
- Work through advanced, scenario-based troubleshooting hallen
This course is intended for professionals who have already completed the Firewall Essentials: Configuration and Management (EDU-210) course. Participants should have solid knowledge of routing, switching, IP addressing, and core security concepts, along with at least six months of hands-on experience working with Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
