Book Your Certification Exam

Note:

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork.
• Bring two forms of identification to your appointment. Both must have your signature and one must have your picture.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you need to call us at least two days prior to your appointment.
• You will receive an email confirmation of your registration prior to the exam date.
